Headhunterz (presentation)

Headhunterz (Willem Rebergen) was born on September, 12th 1985 in Deutchland. 

At the age of 9, he gave up soccer to sing on a children's choral. Several albums were released, mainly Christmas songs or animal projects. One year later, he started voice acting, which he still does today.
When he wasn't singing, he sat behind the turntables to be a technician. He quit the choral at the age of 14.

He decided to use the mix table he had received for his 12th birthday. At 17, by mixing a lot, he goes to the harder sounds. With his best friend (DeeJ-010), they released their first track with the name of Nasty D-Tuners ("Check Ya Head," released on May, 17th 2005 on Hardcontrol Records). A bit later, they released their second vinyl called "Breaking the Rules."

 He gained his first major experience as a DJ at Defqon.1, where he was discovered by The Prophet (Dov J.  Elkabas), who wanted Headhunterz and DeeJ-010 to produce on his own label- Scantraxx Records.
Since then, Headhunterz has played at every major event, including Defqon.1 festival, Qlimax, Q-Base, In Qontrol, Decibel and many more. He played live at Qlimax in 2006, 2007 (which he produced the anthem for), 2008, 2009 and 2011. He also produced the anthem for Defqon.1 Festival 2009, "Scrap Attack," and again in 2010 (Australia) "Save Your Scrap for Victory." He also produced the anthem for Defqon.1 2012 as a collaboration with Wildstylez and Noisecontrollers.

In 2001, he released an album together with Wildstyles, under the alias Project One. This album was very well received in the hardstyle scene, and in turn was followed up with a tour across the Netherlands.

In 2010, Headhunterz was ranked at position 36 in DJ Magazine's yearly top 200 DJs list. It was the first year any hardstyle DJ made it into the top 100. Accompanying Headhunterz, hardstyle artists D-Block & S-te-Fan ranked 73rd, Noisecontrollers 90th and Showtek 91st. This made Headhunterz the #1 Hardstyle DJ of 2010.
In 2011, Headhunterz was ranked 17th in DJ Magazine's yearly top 100 DJs list, the best position for a hardstyle DJ in the pool.
In 2011, Headhunterz began the "Hard With Style" prodcasts, released monthly through his YouTube channel.
In 2012, Headhunterz was ranked 11th in DJ Magazine's yearly top 200 DJs list.
